RETURN REQUESTS

Surface Rehab takes pride in our excellent products and customer service, but we understand that things happen sometimes and an order may need to be returned.  This includes situations such as products damaged during shipping, defective products, or incorrect products received.  Surface Rehab has a 5-day return policy for these situations, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your products to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them, unused with the original packaging.  You’ll also need to provide your order number and a copy of your payment receipt (electronic copies are fine).

To request a return, please call us [888-688-2850] or email us [office@surfacerehab.com] with the details of your product issues.  If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how to send back your products.  Please do not send products back to us without first requesting a return, as we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange without an approved return request.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if any of your products are damaged, defective, or an incorrect item.  This allows us to evaluate the issue and get it resolved for you as soon as possible.  Return requests must be initiated 5 business days from the date your order was delivered.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we’ll notify you with confirmation if it’s an approved refund or exchange.  For an approved refund, your original payment method will be credited with the full refund amount.  Please remember that bank and credit card processing times are out of our hands, and it may take some time for the refund to post on your account.  For an approved exchange, we’ll promptly ship out the replacement products at no cost to you.
