Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Policies

Surface Rehab Inc. processes and ships orders from the state of Florida.  All times are based on U.S. Eastern Time (ET). 

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM (ET) can often be processed and shipped the same day.  If not, they should be processed and shipped the following business day.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) Friday or on weekends/holidays will normally be processed and shipped the next business day.

Surface Rehab always strives for fast, efficient order fulfillment, but sometimes there may be exceptions to these processing and shipping times.  This includes inhouse situations such as high order volumes, and situations out of our control such as carrier delays.

Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping

Surface Rehab currently offers automated shipping options within the continental United States (plus Alaska and Hawaii) using carriers such as the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.  Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within the continental United States (plus Alaska and Hawaii)!  The free shipping service type will be selected by us and will typically be the economy UPS ground or USPS parcel rates.

Shipping costs on orders under $150 are based on your total order weight.  We always do our best to pack orders for the most cost effective shipping.

Shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping service selected.

We have discounted flat rate shipping for our starter kit and our sample packs, as long as they are purchased as single items

We understand automated shipping calculations are not always perfect, so please call us if you have any questions about shipping costs or options before placing your order.  We are always happy to help make sure our customers are getting the best value possible!

Overnight Shipping

Due to the high cost and variety of overnight shipping options, Surface Rehab does not currently offer automated expedited shipping.  If you need expedited shipping, please call us directly to have your order processed and we'll help you setup the most cost effective quick shipping option.

International Shipping

Due to the variety, complexity, and high cost of International shipping, Surface Rehab does not currently offer automated International shipping options.  If you would like to place an International (or U.S. Territory) order, please contact us directly to discuss the best shipping option and have your ordered processed.

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs, and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Surface Rehab is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.  These fees may be due at the point of or after delivery.

Please be aware that Surface Rehab does not have control over any of theses duties, customs, or taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  We cannot advise you what the cost will be, as these charges can vary according to country.

PO Boxes and Extra Service Orders

The US Postal Service is typically the only carrier that can deliver to PO boxes and other unique addresses, so there may be a delay to confirm and setup delivery to these types of addresses.

If you require an extra service such as a delivery signature, please contact us directly to place your order so we can include all the services you need.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Sarasota office.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order should be prepared and ready for pick up within our usual order processing times.  We will contact you when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.  Please have your order confirmation with you when you come to verify your order.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include tracking information you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you do not receive your tracking information, or have any questions about the status of your order, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us directly as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet shipped, we can normally accommodate your changes or cancellation without a problem.
